This beautiful chakra opening ceremony using essential oil blends has been used over many years by Light’s students, massage therapists, healers and ayurvedic practitioners.
First Chakra – Place 3-4 drops of blend on the pubic symphysis. Use your finger to spread the oil clockwise. Do 7 circles. Then put the thumb and
the pinky together. The other three fingers are held in the center of the pubic symphysis.
Have them visualize the color RED.
Affirm: “I live in safety.”
Second Chakra – Place the drops three fingers below belly button. Repeat circular hand movement.
The thumb and the pinky move to the pubic symphysis. The other fingers go below the belly button.
Ask them to visualize the color ORANGE.
Affirm: “I am creativity, I am sexuality.”
Third chakra – Place the drops just below the sternum. Repeat circular hand movement.
The thumbs come together and the hands form a triangle. The bottom of the triangle is over the belly button and the point is upwards the solar plexus.
Ask them to visualize the color YELLOW.
Affirm: “My will and the will of the Divine are one.”
Fourth Chakra – Place the drops on the center of the heart. Repeat circular hand movements.
The triangle moves upwards with the thumbs on the solar plexus. The point of the triangle is over the center of the heart.
Ask them to visualize the color GREEN.
Affirm: “I am love, forgiveness, and unconditional love.”
Fifth chakra – Place the drops on the center of the throat on the sternal notch. Repeat circular hand movements. The bottom of the triangle stays
on the heart. The index fingers come together at the throat into a triangle. The two heart fingers go to each end of the clavicle bone.
Ask them to visualize the color BLUE.
Affirm: “I speak truth.” “Communication is a function of love.”
Sixth Chakra – Place drops on the center of the forehead. Repeat circular hand movements.
Move the right hand to the 3rd eye, the center of the brow. The left hand faces upward, the right downward.
Ask them to visualize the color INDIGO.
Affirm: “I see the future, the past, and I live in the NOW. I am clairvoyant.”
Seventh Chakra – Place the drops on top of the head. Repeat circular hand movements.
Join the thumb together in the center of the head. Make a triangle pointing downward toward the forehead.
Ask them to visualize VIOLET turning into PURE WHITE LIGHT over their body.
Affirm: “I AM that I AM. I am connected to all things.”
-THE TRIANGLE OPENS OVER THE HEAD. SPREAD THE HANDS OUTWARD AND BEGIN
TO SWEEP THE AURA.
-GO OVER THE CLIENT’S AURA WITH YOUR HANDS.
-HOLD THE FEET AND BLESS THEM.
-HOLD THE OCCIPITAL WITH FINGERS FOR 1 MINUTE (as in Cranial Sacral)
